• Facebook Page IDs and Instagram Business Account IDs connected via OAuth
• Access tokens authorising us to act on your behalf on connected platforms
• Content you provide or approve for publication on your social media accounts
• Engagement data from your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts (likes, comments, follower counts)
• Voice call data and transcripts where you have engaged our voice AI receptionist services
• CRM and workflow data relating to your business operations

We use your information solely to deliver the services you have engaged us for, including:

• Publishing AI-generated content to your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts
• Reading and responding to comments and direct messages on your behalf
• Managing appointments and enquiries via voice AI and CRM workflows
• Sending you service notifications and workflow status updates
• Improving and maintaining our platform

When you connect your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to our platform via OAuth, we receive and store:

• Your Facebook Page Access Token
• Your Facebook Page ID
• Your Instagram Business Account ID

This data is stored securely in our database and used exclusively to publish content and manage engagement on your behalf. You may revoke our access at any time via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Upon revocation or service termination, we will delete your tokens within 30 days.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure hosted in the AWS Sydney region (ap-southeast-2). We implement the following safeguards:

• Encrypted storage for all access tokens and credentials
• Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only
• Regular automated backups with encrypted storage
• HTTPS enforced on all endpoints
• Per-client data segregation — no client's data is accessible by another

To deliver our services, we use the following categories of technology providers who may process your data:

• Social media platforms — Facebook and Instagram publishing and engagement via their official APIs
• Cloud infrastructure — secure data storage and processing hosted in Sydney, Australia
• AI content generation platforms — automated content creation on your behalf
• Voice AI and communications platforms — voice receptionist and SMS/WhatsApp services
• Workflow automation infrastructure — self-hosted on our secure cloud servers in Sydney, Australia
• CRM and database platforms — client data and appointment management

We retain your data for as long as necessary to deliver our services. Upon termination of services:

• Access tokens are revoked and deleted within 30 days
• Personal contact information is deleted within 90 days unless required for legal or accounting purposes
